All asset transactions are executed directly between the client entity and the vetted vendor. Consequently, Apex & Marmara assumes absolute zero liability for vendor insolvency, service deviations, physical delays, or force majeure events.3. Advisory Retainers: All advisory, architecture, and management retainers remitted to Apex & Marmara are strictly non-refundable upon the commencement of digital blueprint delivery or operational standby.4. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
